To deliver and improve the service, communicate with you, secure the platform, and comply with our legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information with vetted sub-processors who help operate the service, and only as needed. Never with advertisers.
Data location
Primary data is stored in the region you select (US, EU, or APAC). Backups are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Email privacy@lepta.app to exercise them.
Retention
We retain workspace data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days unless you request export first.
Children
lepta is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Updates
Material changes are announced via email and in-app at least 30 days in advance.
