Sub-processors

For security reasons, the itemised list of vendors we engage to deliver the service is shared under NDA. Below is the summary of what we use them for and how to request the current list.

Cloud infrastructure

Managed cloud provider(s) hosting our compute, database, object storage, and backups. Data-residency options available on enterprise plans.

Security & delivery

CDN, DDoS protection, application monitoring, transactional email, and payments processing — each governed by an SCC-aligned DPA.

Optional AI features

AI triage models are strictly opt-in per workspace. When enabled, prompts and results are processed by the provider(s) you approve; disabled by default.

Change notifications

Enterprise customers receive advance notice of any new or replaced sub-processor with the right to object.
